PURIFY YOURSELF BEFORE YOU FINISH YOURSELF!
Life is just a short story to be told. Realistically, only we know what and how much it costs to us. The core part is ourselves in this short story. Purification is not confined to what we consume, but it's mandatory to purify ourselves.
In this fast-paced world, we are held in ambiguities and caught up by our daily chaos. We are still vacant from the inside despite having so much. It becomes crucial to take a step back, reevaluate and reorganize our lives by purifying ourselves to emerge as the better version. This is important to regain our consciousness, focus, and inner peace. OTHERWISE, We will end up with nothing, only losing who we are.
You would agree that nothing could be tumultuous to us if our minds and hearts are at peace. Let's unveil a few points that can help us purify ourselves.
- Sorting out the mental clutter_ We all are living under so much pressure that our energy is drained by overthinking and clearing the mess in our minds. Organizing your wardrobe can help you out. Likewise, clearing this mental clutter will increase your efficiency. This can also help us spare time for our leisure time.
- Detoxification of your physical environment_It can be done in two ways. One is to remove the mess around you, and the other is to go closer to nature. Nature can heal and cure. So, enjoy this free treatment!
- Write it out_ This might sound unuseful, but it's worth it. I use this practice for even my small details and to do tasks. It is relaxing for me because I know how much work is left. I schedule it and complete it. This is because it frees your mind from the pressure of remembering and then cluttering that stuff.
- Being positive_ is impactful. Thinking that good will happen to us bring good to us. Negative emotions can impede personal growth as well as gratification. Set healthy boundaries and abstain from toxic influence.
- Cultivating gratitude_ Thankfulness is necessary for self-purification. Appreciate the blessings in your life and practice gratification regularly. One of my teachers said we should see people under us in worldly regards, whereas in religious matters, we should see and admire those above us. This hits hard and can bring gratitude to us. Secondly, we can write down whatever we have (Practice writing three things you have daily). This list will help our gratification.
We all, including me, are so far from this level. But consistency is fundamental to achieving unachievable. We should stay at least fair to ourselves by purifying our inner-self before it is too late. Not taking this into account could deteriorate our mental and physical health. Remember that the power to purify yourselves lies within you. EMBRACE IT OR THRIVE!
